Highball – filled with crushed ice
DRINK MAKING METHOD
Add blackberries to a cocktail shaker and pour Chambord, sugar syrup and a dash of lemon juice, using a muddle stick muddle the blackberries until juiced.
Add the remainder of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until the tin is frosted.
Strain the ingredients into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS
25ml African Secret Cream Liqueur
25ml Gin
10ml Chambord
6 Blackberries
12.5ml Lemon Juice
50ml Half and Half – Half cream/Half Milk
GARNISH
Blackberries and a Lemon twist
